Finance and Fees Policies
We understand the importance of secure and convenient payment options, and that’s exactly what we provide at Learn Academy. We have a user-friendly online payment system to clear your monthly dues.
- Locate the Invoice ID which is present on your monthly challan.
- On our website, navigate to the Pay Your Fee section.
- Enter your Invoice ID in the designated field and then click Pay.
- You will then be redirected to a secure payment website, where you can choose your preferred payment method. (such as credit card and debit card)
- Now follow the instructions displayed on-screen and then complete your payment to avoid any delays.
Timely Clearance of Dues:
- We appreciate the timely payment of dues, as it is important for the operation of Learn Academy.
- After a successful payment process, an automatic receipt is generated, ensuring a clear record for your reference.
Please note:
- Students who have any outstanding payments will not be issued a school leaving certificate until mid-term if they withdraw.
- The fees paid to Learn Academy are non-transferable and non-refundable.
